1. Order Cancellation
W want to make sure you’re happy with your Priver purchase, and we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please see below for the details regarding our return policy:
Order Cancellation:
- Prior to shipment: Let us know before your order ships by sending an email to [email protected]. We’ll do our best to cancel it and get you a full refund.
- Once it’s shipped: Unfortunately, once it has shipped we can not cancel the order. Please let us know as quickly as possible, and we will proceed with the product return procedure and get your refund processed promptly.
2. Product Return
We offer a 30-day return window.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Here’s what we ask:
- The original packaging remains unopened and intact, and the product is unused.
- Return the full package, including any complimentary gifts received.
- Kindly cover the shipping fees for returning the product.
- Provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase from our official website to facilitate the return process.
- Please note that clearance and close-out products are non-refundable.
3. Extended Quality Guarantee
At Priver, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on most products (excluding normal wear and tear). Simply keep your proof of purchase and contact us if you experience any issues within the warranty period. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. How to Return a Product
Returning Your Product:
- Let’s start the process: Send an email to [email protected] to check if your return is eligible. Our friendly team will get back to you within 48 hours.
- The details help: When you email us, include your order number, order date, and a brief explanation for the return. This helps us assist you better.
- Approval and instructions: Once we approve your return, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back.
- Pack and Prepare For Shipment: Pack it securely according to our instructions and send it to the address provided by our team.
- Label it clearly: Don’t forget to write your order number on the outside of the package for easy identification.
- Time is on your side: You have 30 days from initiating the return to ship it back. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- You have a full 30 days to return your purchase, no questions asked.
- Returned products must be unused and remain in their original, unopened, and intact packaging. We cannot accept products that show signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or alteration. Don’t forget to include any complimentary gifts when returning the package.
- Non-returnable items and free gifts are exempt from the policy.
- You’re responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original order’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. About the Shipping Fee and Tax
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- When returning an item, please remember that you will cover the return shipping cost, and the original order’s shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

- You can exchange your unused product for a new one within 30 days of receiving it if it has a verified quality issue.
- Important: If you’re past the 30-day window for unconditional returns, you won’t be able to use that unconditional returns option anymore.
